To claim an item please comment the word “claim” in chat with the price of the item or a brief description so we know what item you want to purchase.
During The Show
- For your first show, please DM us your email address. We cannot process your invoice without this, and you will not be able to shop.
- Serious claims only. We charge a 10% restocking fee on items that are put back.
- If orders are not paid within 48 hours or have been cancelled restocking fee applies.

What is Sunwest LIVE Shopping?
Sunwest LIVE is our live online shopping experience where you can shop one-of-a-kind Native American handmade jewelry, turquoise jewelry, sterling silver jewelry, and Southwest treasures in real time from the comfort of your home.
During each live show, our hosts showcase every piece individually, share the story behind the artist and the materials, answer your questions live, and give you the opportunity to claim pieces before anyone else.
Because many of the items are one-of-a-kind, once they’re claimed they’re usually gone for good. Every show is different, so you’ll always discover something new.
How Do I shop?
Shopping with Sunwest LIVE is easy.
- Register for a Sunwest LIVE account before your first show.
- Join us live on Facebook at the scheduled show time.
- Watch as our hosts present each piece.
- When you see something you love, “claim” it in the comments.
- Continue shopping throughout the show.
- After the show ends, we’ll send you an invoice for everything you claimed.
- Once payment is received, we’ll carefully pack and ship your order.
No bidding. No auctions. Just fast, fun live shopping with one-of-a-kind jewelry.
How Do I Claim an Item?
To claim a piece, simply comment “Claim” along with enough information for our team to identify the item.

Our team records claims in the order they are received. If multiple people claim the same one-of-a-kind item, the first verified claim receives it.
If you’re unsure whether your claim went through, don’t worry – our team keeps careful records and will reach out if clarification is needed.
Paying For Your Claims
After each show, we’ll prepare your invoice and send it to the email address associated with your Sunwest LIVE account.
Payment is requested within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
Prompt payment allows us to ship your jewelry quickly and helps keep our live shopping community running smoothly.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, or an order is abandoned, a 10% restocking fee may be applied. Repeated non-payment may result in restrictions from future live shopping events.
What is a NET Item?
A NET item is priced at our best available price.
Because these pieces are already discounted or specially priced, NET items are not eligible for additional discounts, coupons, promotional offers, or wholesale / negotiated pricing.
When a host says an item is NET, it simply means you’re already receiving the lowest price we’re able to offer.
Can I "Put Back" an Item?
We understand that mistakes happen.
Each customer is allowed one complimentary put back during a live show.
Additional put backs may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, since every claim removes that one-of-a-kind piece from other shoppers while our team processes your order.
Please claim thoughtfully so everyone has the best shopping experience possible.
Is There a Shipping Fee?
Yes.
Shipping charges are a flat fee for your entire order. The shipping fee is currently $7.95.
Occasionally we will feature an item that requires “Additional shipping”. In this case the host will say how much that will be before showcasing the Item; you will then see it reflected as Extra Shipping on your invoice.
Our team packages every order with care to ensure your handcrafted jewelry arrives safely and securely.
Can I Add Insurance to My Order?
Absolutely.
If you’d like to insure your shipment, simply let us know before paying your invoice, and we’ll gladly add shipping insurance to your order. GIve us a call at: 800.771.3781 and ask for “Shipping”
While we package every shipment carefully, insurance provides additional peace of mind for valuable purchases.
What is a Field Trip?
A Field Trip is one of our favorite types of Sunwest LIVE shows.
Instead of broadcasting from our Albuquerque showroom, we go on location to gem shows, our sister store in Santa Fe, Native American art markets, jewelry events, or other special destinations to bring you exclusive merchandise and behind-the-scenes experiences you won’t normally see.
Field Trips often feature limited-edition finds, special guests, and one-time buying opportunities that aren’t available anywhere else.

What Happens if Two People Claim the Same Item?
Many of the pieces featured on Sunwest LIVE are completely one of a kind. If multiple shoppers claim the same item, the piece is awarded to the first verified claim received by our team.
Because Facebook comments don’t always appear in the same order for every viewer, our production team uses the information available on our end to determine the order of claims as fairly and consistently as possible.
If you miss out on a piece, don’t get discouraged! Every show features new jewelry, and many artists create similar work that may appear in future events.
How Do I know My Claim Was Received?
Our production team actively records every claim during the live show.
If your claim is successfully recorded, our host will state it out loud, and it will appear on your invoice after the show. Due to the fast pace of live shopping, we may not always be able to engage in a dialog about every claim during the broadcast.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship to customers around the world.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Can I Shop WIthout Facebook?
At this time, Sunwest LIVE broadcasts take place on Facebook Live, so you’ll need a Facebook account to participate in the live shopping experience.
It’s easy and free to set one up. All you need is an email address.

Can I cancel My Order After Receiving My Invoice?
Because every claim immediately removes that one-of-a-kind piece from other shoppers, we ask that you claim only the items you genuinely intend to purchase.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll always do our best to help, repeated cancellations or abandoned invoices may result in restocking fees or restrictions on future Sunwest LIVE participation.
